Prepared for the Expedition Trips

The NBC 2022 Expedition Trips to the Netherlands and Ghana are getting closer and the selected participants have started counting down the days. To get ready for the upcoming study trips, a Preparation Workshop was organized last week in Accra and in The Hague.

After the NBC Summer School 2022, 8 Dutch and 8 Ghanaian participants were selected for the New Business Challenge Expedition Trips to explore the business opportunities between Ghana and the Netherlands, whilst working together in intercultural teams on solutions for five Ghanaian and Dutch companies.

The selected 16 participants attended the preparation workshop on the 6th of October to get prepared for the upcoming Expedition Trips. During this workshop, participants learned more about the Expedition Trips, received practical information about the trips, asked questions, and 2 Ghanaian and 2 Dutch alumni joined in to share their experience. This gave participants a realistic view of what to expect during the Expedition Trips. There was also a session by the NBC coaches to briefly introduce participants to what to expect during the coaching sessions.

At the end of the day the participants had a clear insight into what they could expect from the program. In a few days the Ghanaian participants will come over to the Netherlands for the Netherlands Expedition Trips.
