Getting ready for NBC: official kick off on 3th of June!

Participants New Business Challenge will try to qualify for NBC 2016 in the Hague and Accra during interactive kick off day.

On June the 3^th SustainableMotion, Crosswise works and GNBCC will host the official kick off of the New Business Challenge 2016! Dutch participants will meet at the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RvO) in the Hague, while Ghanaian students are getting together at CEIBS in Accra. Both countries will be celebrating the official kick off of the NBC program via a live connection ánd will start immediately with a business case assignment.

We received over 150 applications in both Ghana and The Netherlands. After a preselection sixty participants per country were invited for the kick off day. Here, the selection for the NBC program continues: twenty Dutch and twenty Ghanaian participants will be further selected. Based on their business assignment outcome, the companies will choose which participants will qualify for participation in the program.

During this interactive kick off day participants will form and work in duos on their assignment and present it to the company. Next to this there will be exciting key-note presentations from a.o. Selwyn Boons (Director Sustainable Economic Development Department) and participants will get detailed information about the program. During the kick off day, representatives from Tony’s Chocolonely + WakaWaka, Landmapp, Koudijs, Safi Sana and Maxim Nyansa will listen to the duo presentations and select their participants.
